Paranormal Round-Up

It's April already, and this year seems to be moving quickly. I don't think we have ever been so busy. Although things may seem quiet at times, there is a mountain of work going on behind the scenes. We have invested heavily in new systems, software, and equipment, and spent a lot of time planning for the future. Things are progressing well, so we thought it would be useful to put together a roundup post to ensure that no one misses anything.
New Video Formats
For decades, we have presented our evidence in video format to allow viewers to draw their own conclusions. Through these videos, we cover the history of the location, not only because it is interesting but also to put the relevance of anything we capture into context. With the advances in software, we have trialled several methods to try to really bring the stories to life. To view the latest videos go to the 'video' section on the Haunted Scotland page, or click on the image below to view one of the latest productions and let us know what you think:
Events
Our event at Provan Hall proved to be successful with a lot of interesting activity. You can watch a highlight reel HERE.
We also released tickets for our event on 2nd August at Stirling Old Town Jail, and these have proved popular. It's been several years since we were last there, and we are looking forward to returning.
Our next event is at Balgonie Castle on 12th April, which is always an enjoyable night, followed by Jedburgh Jail on 28th April.
We specifically choose our locations based on historical research and past experiences, and our events are led by experienced researchers using some of the rarest equipment. If you would like to join us, you can check what we have available using the following LINK. Remember we are not an events company, we are paranormal researchers who offer events, allowing us to provide in-depth knowledge of the equipment and methods we use, and follow-up analysis to show the highlights from the night.
Merchandise
Our latest batch of Premium Member Exclusive merchandise has arrived and is being sorted out to be ready for our event at Balgonie Castle at the weekend.

Premium members receive free merchandise as part of the benefits of their subscription, along with exclusive content, discounts, and events. We do, however, have an online shop with some of the popular sayings from the 'Spooked shows'. You can find them HERE
The Georgian House
We are delighted to be able to offer an investigation at the iconic Georgian House on Charlotte Square in Edinburgh. This property is a fine example of opulent living in 18th and 19th century Edinburgh. Ryan and Greg visited to carry out initial tests, and some impressive catches were gathered. You can watch the highlights HERE
Haunted Scotland Academy
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Haunted Scotland Academy. This will provide a number of courses, with additional ones being added periodically, covering subjects such as ITC Research, Audio Analysis, Historical Research Methods, Remote Viewing, and more.
Written by Ryan and Greg, these courses are based on each of their 20-plus years of experience working as paranormal researchers and investigators. They provide you with a firm basis in each subject to find which methods work best for you.

We also plan to join forces with other specialists in specific fields of interest, including mediumship and healing, and begin to bring you a wider range of subjects.
Each course will be offered at a fixed cost, with no time limit to complete them. For Premium Members, most of the courses will be included as part of the subscription.
Apps
Did you know we offer a range of apps? These are built based on our own specifications and our experience in using different devices over years of investigation.

As well as our Spirit Box and Music Box Apps, we also offer the SP Investigator app. This was developed through discussions about what would be most beneficial for an investigator while in the field. It offers the ability to collate data including audio recordings, photos, videos, EMF readings (subject to mobile capabilities), and the manual input of temperature and general observations, all in one folder for each individual location you visit. You can find further details HERE
What's Next?
This will be the first of this style of post. Over the next month or two, we will be finalising our plans for the upcoming year, including our summer and Halloween events, filming projects, and writing projects. There are a number of external agencies we are currently working with, and we will keep everyone updated with the progress.
We have exciting opportunities in place for our Premium Members, including more 'You are the Investigator' sessions at selected events, where they will run their own sessions, free courses, along with exclusive articles, videos, and event opportunities.
If you don't already, please make sure you follow our Haunted Scotland Facebook page, for lives and regular content/updates, and our YouTube channel for longer video productions.
This is a great informative post and shows that there us so much more going on behind the scenes. I know after events I have camera footage and audio to analyse which takes many hours, but that pales in comparison to the work both Greg & Ryan put in.
Scottish Paranormal is by far the best paranormal group ever. I honestly can’t tell you how thrilled I am to be a part of the club even though I live a million miles away. I definitely don’t miss anything you’ve added ❤️💕. I’m on a team here in the US but it’s nothing like yours.
Wow! That is an incredible effort. Thank you so much for all that you guys are doing. It really is such a pleasure and an honor to be a part of such a great group. Looking very forward to the future!!
